Fluint Studio is the trade name under which Valérie A. Pallarés Pieras, a self-employed professional with tax ID (NIF) 43472902G and professional address at Avd. de l'Argentina 83, 4ºB, 07011 Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain), owns and runs this website. This information is published in compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.
Purpose. Fluint Studio is architectural visualisation: images and interactive 360º tours of spaces that do not exist yet. This site is her portfolio and offers a way to get in touch for commissions and quotes.
Intellectual property. The renders, 360º tours, texts, design and logo belong to the studio or to its clients and collaborators, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited, except for personal and private use. The names of projects and studios shown in the gallery appear as a reference of the work carried out.
Third-party links. The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, which have their own terms and privacy policies and for whose content and operation the studio is not responsible.
Governing law. This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
Privacy policy
Data controller. The site owner, identified above. For anything concerning your data: hola@fluintstudio.com.
What data is processed.
- Contact form (on the home page and in the 360º tours): name, email address and the message you write.
- WhatsApp messages sent from the site's links: your phone number and the content of the message, inside the app.
- Technical data about the visit, aggregated and anonymous: page visited, referring page, browser, operating system, device, approximate country and region.
- IP address: the hosting server receives it with every request, as on any website. In the form it is used hashed to limit submissions and stop spam, never in clear text. In analytics it is used for an instant to derive the country and a daily identifier that is destroyed every 24 hours; it is not stored.

How long data is kept. Messages, one year from the last contact; if the enquiry turns into a commission, for the duration of the relationship and the subsequent statutory periods. Analytics data is aggregated from the outset and cannot identify anyone.
Who else processes it. No data is passed to third parties for their own purposes. The following serve the studio as data processors: Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting of the site and the form), Zoho Corporation – ZeptoMail (delivery of the email generated by the form, with servers in the European Union), Plausible Analytics on the studio's own installation, whose data is shared with no one.
International transfers. The analytics server is protected by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which receives every request in transit and with it the IP address. That transfer relies on Cloudflare's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The other providers process the data within the European Economic Area.
Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to hola@fluintstudio.com and stating the right exercised. If you consider they have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Other. No profiling and no automated decisions. The site is not aimed at children under 14. This policy may be updated; the version in force is always the one published here, with its date.
Cookie policy
This site uses no cookies. No page of fluintstudio.com, nor the form, nor the 360º tours place cookies on your device, first-party or third-party. No pixels, beacons or advertising identifiers are used either.
Analytics without cookies. The site uses Plausible Analytics on the studio's own installation, in the 360º tours too. It uses no cookies or persistent identifiers: the unique visitor is computed from a value renewed every 24 hours that cannot follow anyone across days or sites. The IP address is not stored.
Browser local storage. The site keeps in localStorage, only on your device and without sending it to any server:

These are preferences chosen by you, exempt from the consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. You can delete them whenever you like from the browser settings (site data); the site will keep working and will show again in Spanish.
